2015/16 Season reflection
First of all of course our only aim in the league is winning it. Now with that said, after all the utter crap and negativity that was spunk by some Arsenal supporters throughout this season, looks like we finished 2nd which is not that bad at all. I have faith in this squad going into the new season, we won't (hopefully) lose Alexis through an injury, I think he'll have his "breakthrough" season at Arsenal next year like Ozil had his this year. We will add players with Rosicky Arteta and Flamini going + Welbeck out for long term. The future looks good and all you lowlife moaners can do one. Happy St. Totteringham's day.
Trust in the greatest manager to have walked earth.

Of course I do but suggesting that you can only strengthen by adding the same amount as you sell is not correct.

Well that's not what I said though. As I already explained, my point was that we need to strengthen our squad depth. Signing three players and getting rid of five does not improve our squad depth.

So we disagree on what we need to strengthen. I think we need a player who will get 20+ goals in the league alone. If Alexis can do that, we're fine. I can take Giroud and Welbeck if we get a decent goal scoring winger in like Mahrez. So I just think we need more goals rather than squad depth. With the arrival of Elneney + Jack coming back I'm more than happy with the depth.

I'm wary about Jack being able to stay fit for the entire season, so don't mind the purchase of another midfielder. Especially when all of Flamini, Arteta and Rosicky are leaving.

I just think that stronger quality in squad depth means:
Whether it's the Bayern way (hoard young super talent) or the Man City way (buy all the players), doesn't matter. I just want a strong 25-man squad, for once.
