ARSENAL 1 - 3 MANUTD

Arsenal have been made to pay for defensive mistakes but they certainly haven't played in a way that suggests they deserve to lose this match. A mixture of bizarre incidents, spectacular saves from De Gea and a poor refereeing decision have certainly played their part.

It's Dark Age.

Na this isn't a panic game. It's a sign (in my opinion) that we need to sell Alexis in January and build around Lacazette (and Ozil if he decides to stay). Bring in someone like Reus, Lemar, Draxer, or Icardi to have a dynamic playmaker to go alongside Laca, with Ozil in behind

It's surely lighter compared to most of the times we've been to Southampton in the past few years. . . Agree that Sanches has to go. That fire in the belly is no longer there on a game-to-game basis.

  • The Gunners have won each of their last 10 Premier League games against the Magpies, a run stretching back to March 2012.
  • Rafael Benitez has never enjoyed a victory away to Arsenal in the Premier League in seven attempts, drawing two and losing five.
  • Jack Wilshere started consecutive Premier League games for Arsenal for the first time since May 2015.

How about we switch to a 4-2-2-2 and have Ozil and Alexis behind Giroud and Lacazatte. It would help Giroud a lot, great for counter-attacks like Leipzig, and creates a good foursome name (GOAL)(Giroud, Ozil, Alexis, Lacazette).

We could replace Alexis with Alex Iwobi to make it work still.

This lineup will expose our defense, since we don't have strong midfielders to support this system.. This lineup will work if we have someone like Kante or Matic in the middle..

True and we need to do it fast because it is very hard to have a good foursome called GOAL.
