Squad rules terminology refresher:
- We can register up to 25 players who are over 21
- We can register a maximum of 17 non-homegrown players
- Homegrown player means 36 months spent in England before end of season in which they turn 21
- U21 player means any player born on or after January 1st 1996
- U21 players don't have to be registered in order to play, which means we can have as many as we want
Confirmed transfers in/out:
- Lacazette has signed for a club record £46m initial fee
- Sanogo left on a free transfer on June 30th
- Kolasinac joined on a free transfer on July 1st
- Ospina has asked to be put on the transfer list
- Lucas Perez has asked to be put on the transfer list
- Wojciech Szczesny has joined Juventus for £10m
Likely transfers in/out:
- Debuchy leaving has been on the cards for some time
- Jenkinson could go on another season-long loan or permanent move
- Unless said in jest, Wenger did say he wants to bid on Mahrez
Reading some of the suggestions that were posted here... Looks like Arsenalreport has finally gone full retard. Bring back Cesc? Young players will look up to him? To who? The cunt who stabbed us in the back? Cretins.

We don't need him. We could get Lacazette and he could form a dangerous partnership with Giroud the way Giroud partnered with Griezmann. With Ozil right behind them, it would be an attack to fear.

If we land Lacazette then Giroud is likely move other way as part of the deal...
Benzema is unlikely to leave Real Madrid (and Zidane) this summer, even if they sign Mbappe...

WEST HAM WANT WALCOTT
West Ham are preparing to launch a £25 million bid for Arsenal forward Theo Walcott, says the Daily Mirror .
The England international lost his place in Gareth Southgate's squad towards the end of last season, while dropping out of a favour in a 3-5-2 system at club level, and the Hammers are prepared to offer him regular game time.

ARSENAL CONSIDER ALEXIS-AGUERO SWAP
Arsenal are considering a swap deal that would see them allowing Alexis Sanchez to join Manchester City in exchange for Sergio Aguero, according to the Daily Star.
Alexis has long been linked with joining Pep Guardiola's side and it appears the Gunners could be open to a sale that would involve the Argentine heading in the opposite direction.

Worst idea ever. Here, have the best player in the Premier League for your injury-ridden midget who still hasn't found his preferred position at 29 years of age.

Um... we don't run a 3-5-2... I can see people interchanging 3-4-2-1 and 3-4-3 but we only have one dedicated striker in our formation

Even with injury ridden last season, he ensured goals which we can't expect from others as replacement for Sanchez...

Yes. with only one striker in our formation 3-4-2-1, where does Walcott fits in...? Maybe play him behind the striker in an advanced role???

I can see Walcott playing either attacking winger position, but most likely as a sub, which probably won't go over too well with him. It's just a shame that there isn't a great position for him when we have Sanchez and Ozil on the attacking wings, and he's not much of a target man for the two attacking wings to feed crosses to.

Ed Aarons of Guardian reported today that Arsenal is still interested in signing Nice's Jean Seri. The player had already agreed to join Roma, but the Italian side is not willing to pay the release clause (€40m) for the player. I still believe we should sign a CM, and Seri would be an ideal replacement for Cazorla...

Yeah, with enough money, we can definitely pry Lacazette out of Lyon

He's interested in coming, and we're willing to pay (especially if he'll replace Sanchez), so I think a bid of 40-45 million euros will do the trick

ALEXIS & OZIL TO GET 20% PAY RISE
Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil have been offered 20 per cent pay rises by Arsenal in a bid to persuade the star duo to stay at the Emirates Stadium, according to the Daily Mail .
Both players have previously rejected new contracts worth around £250,000 a week, but have been offered the new incentive which will be triggered if Arsenal finish in the top four next season.

Extend the contract of Alexis, Ozil & Ox.. And sign Lacazette & Goretzka... Also clear the deadwoods... This will make a good summer transfer for Arsenal...
