I think Jonker actually has had influence this year. Last year he was picking up the pieces which was the mess of our academy. With several talents like Fortune, Jeff, Bennacer, Dragomir etc being brought in he's making the youth squads his own identity

I don't think a single year was enough to judge Jonker on. The youth recruitment this year has been insane and I think a lot of that is down to his influence.

Totally agree, we clearly needed an overhaul and hopefully it's for the better. Shad's methods for an example took nearly half a year to start paying dividends.

We don't know that yet to be fair. Both the 2013-2014 season and the 2014-2015 season were very similar in terms of injuries. Both had about 70 injuries in total and 2,000 days lost.

Our injury record seems to me as if it got a lot better in the second half of the season. Giroud came back from his injury fitter, faster & stronger too.
