Loved his mentality and his one-on-ones but he has to go. He's a great defender but won't be able to play well at Arsenal due to this major reason: he can't speak English. It's a problem where he doesn't know what to do because he doesn't know how to talk with everyone. With Rob Holding doing well when he plays in the first-team. It might be time for him to go. At 26, I think he is as good as he is going to get.
