Calum Chambers talks about Arsene Wenger

He’s been fantastic to me - really supportive and he’s given me an opportunity to show everyone what I can do and opportunities to play games. I’m very grateful for what he’s done for me. Everyone has expectations on things but he’s exceeded all expectations that I had. He has been amazing for me and I can’t thank him enough.

I think he’s very thoughtful in everything he does. He gives everyone a chance and he gets the best out of all the players, which is a very good quality to have. If you want to have a conversation of how you feel you can improve individually, you can go up to them and get advice from them or get experienced players to give you ideas of how you can improve your game. If I wanted to speak to a centre back about how to improve, I could go up to Per or players like that. You can ask them what their thought was on a certain part of the game, so that’s really helpful to have.
