CDM options I compiled using the FIFA 15 database and Whoscored

I used filters on the sofifa website to get a list of CDMs that would suit Arsenal.

Filters used:

• Age: 0-27
• Position: CDM

I then sorted their overall ratings.

If I found a player I liked, I went over to whoscored to see how they were doing in real life. I also took into account their height and weight since I personally think a big imposing presence is necessary.

This is just for fun, had some time to kill.

Also I wasn't looking specifically for a Spanish CDM, it just turns out that La Liga has the most suitable CDMs for Arsenal.

I refrained from adding players that we were linked to in the past with no tangible outcome, i.e. Gonalons, Pogba (even though he's not a CDM), Khedira, Matuidi, Bender and Schneiderlin.
