Do we bring back Jenkinson?
I was having a discussion with a friend, over a diet coke (living the dream) regarding what will happen with the RB slot next season.
I was working on the lines that Wenger still sees something in Jenko as surely he would have sold him instead of loaning him to WH? I personally think it would be a mistake to sell him, at WH he was been very good and at U-21's recently has bagged some assists and good performances with it!
I think we should bring him back to Arsenal, he has improved a lot and its nice having someone who supports the club and has a bit of fight in them!
What do you lot think about Jenks?
I think the most sensible approach would be to loan Bellerin out next season to a good mid-table Premier League team so he can learn some new tricks and get more experience. That way he'll expand his skill set and make him more rounded. This would give Jenkinson one final year at Arsenal to prove his value to the team.
In this approach, when Bellerin comes back at the end of that season we'll finally know which of them to keep. And at this stage, keep in mind that Debuchy would be on the verge of turning 31, so maybe keeping both Jenkinson and Bellerin isn't such a bad idea after all.

Is there a pattern, or do you think it's 100% bad luck?

For muscular injuries, certainly. But calling Debuchy injury prone after what happened to him is quite weird. Even super-fit and invincible players like Suarez couldn't have avoided injury after what happened to him.

Keep Jenko! Can never have too many Arsenal fullbacks considering two are almost always out at any given time.
