Well we already lost a lot of games so probability is on our side....

It would be if winning a game is a random draw, but it's not. Just because we've already lost more games than we should doesn't mean fewer losses is more probable. It all depends on form and incentive.

If Chelsea wins the Champions League and Liverpool wins Europa, do all of the top 4 still qualify for ucl? Or only top 3?(this assumes Chelsea and pool don't finish top 4)

Only top 3. It happened in 2012 when Chelsea won the Champions League, Tottenham lost their place in UCL.

What about if manure wins the Europa? Do we get 5 teams in OR does 4th place lose the berth?

I guess they would yes.

But the the european coefficients could eventually change the game. We need english teams to perform in UCL & Europa to keep 4 BPL teams (3 + 1) in UCL.
