Holding should start over Monreal

I must say I was surprised when I saw Holding, not in the starting XI against Tottenham. Instead, we had Monreal, a guy who is fading and not going to get better. Of course, he may have saved us against City and Leicester, but Holding needs some good game time to develop into one of the finest.

Holding deserves to be starting but just isn't to a fading player that shouldn't be playing like Mertesacker.

If Wenger is going to give terrible players games over young, academy player that should get a chance, it is not going to send a good message to all the youngsters who want to break into the starting XI.

As the old saying goes: You get better by playing against people better than you. Kane would have been a good test for him but he was benched.

If this thread can actually be sent or seen by/to Wenger, it might give us some hope.
