How would you set up our midfield

Xhaka - Ramsey in the middle as Rambo might be better centrally next to a player who isn't completely brain dead.

Wilsh on the right, Mesut in the middle, Alexis on the left

I'd switch from the current 2-1 to a 1-2, with Xhaka in the holding position. Coquelin as the backup DM. I'd then play Ramsey and Özil in a CAM partnership, with Wilshere as backup. So basically a 4-1-4-1/4-5-1 instead of the 4-2-3-1 that clearly isn't working.

That, or simply a 4-4-2 with playmaker wingers, i.e: Ramsey on the right, Özil on the left and then Coquelin + Xhaka in the middle to form an iron wall. You can then utilise Giroud fully in a striking partnership alongside Sanchez or someone like Lacazette.
