Back in the chat about the 2017 summer transfer window, Ix Techau commented this:
"Lacazette is poo/Spurs-level. Rodriguez is apparently hellishly slow."
The main part is Lacazette here. Ix Techau seemed to have made a bad mistake with this comment since we actually signed this guy and has already scored 8 goals and 1 assist in the Premier League. Not very poo after all.

Tbf he's been much better than I thought as well, so I was wrong too.

We're fifth in the league with the lowest goals scored in the top 5. Lacazette is an improvement to what we had before, but he's hardly the level of striker we needed.

So, I'm hearing some fans theorize we might sell Lacazette in summer already... That can't be reasonable though, after the brutal season we've had. There might be some way he can regain some form and complement our forward fire power? Or is that wishful thinking?
(for the record, I was aghast that we signed him. He's not a bad player, I personally thought he was the last striker Arsenal needed)

Auba & Laca can play together and form a deadly attacking duo!!!

When Laca and Auba played together, they are able to cause more trouble than if they went solo. It not only worked with the duo but also when they play with Welbeck. All you need to do is look at how they were able to beat Southampton with two strikers.
Because we have so much depth in our attack, Wenger has planned to focus on other areas of the squad to fix and/or provide depth for. We are making progress this time.

Auba and Lacazette are two similar players. Although, they might work well together I doubt Wenger will play two strikers up front.
