I would love to see Theo and Giroud starting. If that happen, i just hope Theo stay more on the wide, because recently even for England, when moved on the wing, he cut in to much and stays in center. Well maybe with recent experience as strike he can be more effective. Still Theo on the wing can give Giroud great delivery.

Personally very scared of this game... I hope we take it seriously...it's gonna be a tough one.

Cech; Bellerin, Gabriel, Koscielny, Monreal; Coquelin, Cazorla, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Özil; Sanchez, Giroud

vs

Howard; Coleman, Jagielka, Stones, Galloway; Barry, McCarthy; Lennon, Deulofeu, Barkley; Lukaku

Big game for OX, he really need to brake this shit form sometimes.

Bit uneasy with Ollie starting but he always scores against Everton so I'm guessing he's gonna play midweek too so Theo is fresh for Swansea away (always a tough game) and obviously Bayern away.

Ox has to prove himself otherwise he is very quickly becoming a disposable asset

I'd rather see both manure and city drop points than be at the top of the table in October

Fantastic.

Giroud, Özil, Santi, Nacho, Gabs, Cech were all phenomenal.

Serious concerns about Ox now, not sure he's Arsenal standard and we can't afford to give him the game time he needs to develop

Please dont start with that "arsenal standard" thing. His form stink, his confidence is SHIT, but that was there to be seen for 4-5 games now. Dont sum up 4 games in bad form as his quality and talent he have. He did better in the second half, and later in the game was most defending for us.

This isn't just 4 games it's been the same his entire career. He's 22 now, he needs to start producing the goods otherwise he won't be here for long unless he's happy being a squad option.

Well the only way for him to get back in form is to give him more starts. He's been unlucky as well, slightly mis-timing passes or making one step too many. As soon as he settles in he'll be reking teams left and right. His attitude is great, he just need to relax a bit and not be so overly confident of his skills.

He needs to look up. He's essentially a mixed race Ross Barkley at the minute. Everton's goal came from him still not picking the best option, which would've pretty much guaranteed us a goal.

I have no question about his technical ability or his physical potential, but I don't think he'll ever be intelligent enough football-wise to reach the potential his other skills allows.

Ox has been an absolute nuisance in all of the losses. He's too prone to doing insane things that lead to opponents scoring cheap goals. And he is producing nothing in the attack. He will get his final opportunity to eliminate the chaos while ramsey is injured, but I would imagine he is on a short leash. Especially with the way walcott has been playing and the fact that giroud doesn't kill the team when he's on the field like ox does.

This scapegoating is doing my head in. It's unreasonable to think all eleven players on the pitch will be in form at the same time. Ox needs a few starts to get in form and sync up with the rest of the team on matchdays. He was not at fault for Everton's goal, no one was. It was a fluke deflection.

We seriously need to stop with this desperate need for always having one player to be unhappy about. Ox is a young player that has never gotten a proper run in the first team, in his favoured position. If we want to see and unleash his true potential, now is the time to do so. Start him at RW for ten games and then see where we are.

Before then it's absolutely ridiculous to blame him for any negatives, especially when we're top of the league and crushing opposition teams of all quality levels from Watford to Bayern.

Not saying it was his fault for the goal but it's typical Ox that he was naive & not smart enough to look up, free Hector and have 2 players ready for a tap in.

We can't afford to give someone like that a run of games if we want a genuine title challenge otherwise it's detrimental. If he can cure that in a couple of games then sure but I can't see it happening.

His decision making will improve. Look at Alexis now compared to when he started with us: looks up more often, chooses better passing options, passes more in general. Ox's footballing intelligence will improve the more games he gets.

I'm not anti ox. I just find that he is always having these brain fart moments that culminate in some ridiculous goal for the opposition. Too much anxiety involved in watching him. Rambo injury is an opportunity for him to overcome this, but to sari he should not be on a short leash is tomfoolery. When all are healthy he should mainly be featuring in c1c and fac
