Do you think our mind games worked (intentionally looking like clowns against Sheffield Wednesday to lure Swansea into a false sense of superiority)?
I vote Gibbs on the left, Sanchez on the right. Seems like the most sensible option to me. Gibbs has played there a few times, is a first team regular, needs some time on the pitch anyway. But knowing Wenger it's probably another chance for Joel Campbell, who has drastically dropped in quality since his amazing World Cup performance.
If we're giving a youngster a second chance I'd rather see Bennacer, who I thought put in a much more convincing performance than Iwobi.

Play Flamini as an inverted retard.

Either Bellerin + Debuchy, or Gibbs + Monreal (Sanchez on the right).

Option 3: Joel Campbell.
or
Option 4a: Alexis on RW, Gibbs on LW
Joel was only one who was trying last game, but was trying too much and that backfired on him.
I agree with Ix about Bennacer, he started not bad, but more like scared, but as game go on he start to look better and better.

Wenger confirms it's Joel Campbell and then Alex Iwobi in the pecking order for RW. As much as I like the guy, I can't see Joel Campbell suddenly put in an impressive performance. He gets lost in games, can't find the rhythm and often ends up in the "wrong" position. I don't think it has to do with skill, just a clash of ideas and intentions. He's simply not in sync with the rest of the squad. If Giroud passes short, he's gone on a run. If Özil tries a through ball, Joel has come short to meet the ball.
Only more time on the pitch can cure it though, so I guess it's the right call giving him a chance.

Didn't we sign Flamini because he could run 14km? Put him on the right wing as an inverted retard. It'll work believe me.

If you judge Joel from last game, that was problem for whole team. There was zero organization. And again compare to the others, Campbell was at least trying last game, if everyone were doing that and we still lost i wouldn't have any problem with it. He may not justify the hype, but he has lot of quality on which he can improve.

My opinion is based on everything I've seen from him post-WC. It just hasn't been up to scratch. Again, it looks more like a sync issue than a quality issue. However, he has trained with the first team for some time now, so sync shouldn't be an issue.

Campbell played vs Hull last season in the FA cup and he was ok. Playing with santi + mesut will make him shine

We might see Bellerin played as the winger with Debuchy at FB - or Campbell. Either option might work. The only issue we have is that we may need Bellerin's pace at FB - Swansea have beaten us recently with pace on the flanks.

Montero is exploiting Bellerin's inexperience, Gomis is exploiting Mertesacker's lack of pace. Wenger needs to do something soon. Coquelin is fucking world class though, unbelievable how much he's improved in a year.
