If anything, Ramsey struggling in the #10 position showed people what Özil actually brings to the team. With him we'd be five goals up at half-time.

We struggled in that position because we were playing without a n10, there was no one. Ramsey was alll over the place, but not there. So, of course, having SOMEONE, even if it's Ozil, would've improved that position.

To be fair, destroying White Hart Lane would probably be classified as a refurbishment and an upgrade.

It reminded me of pre-santi and ozil era when nobody seemed to make space to pass to each other. We forget how ugly that looked compared to the easy passing game we have now. All really down to player movement and understanding the space.
