You can buy duplicates on the transfer market. He obviously bought a second Alexis Sanchez, trained him up and then played both of them = Sanchez is dual position mid/fwd.

Also, if you ever feel the urge to buy card packs, always go for legend cards. They are vastly underrated, and the chance of getting a global legend is high enough after we tweaked the ratios. If that guy had played Bellerin+Sanchez+Sanchez with a global legend, he'd probably reach the 9,000 pts range.
