Ozil could be a lot better if he works harder and improves his defensive contribution because that is what made him go missing in big games when the other teams dominated possession.

I'd rather kick Ozil out of the squad and change the formation to a 3-5-2. That would solve some problems like Ox can play in the center with Bellerin on the wing. Ozil is only good in one or two positions and many times doesn't deliver. Having two hard working and fast players can really change our squad significantly.

Neymar is most definitely not overrated. He's a solid creator for Barcelona, and sometimes they really struggle when he's not playing and when Messi doesn't dig them out of a hole.

The reasons why these players are claimed to be overrated was because of their transfer fees. If they came cheaper to their clubs, they probably wouldn't have been this overrated for some of them.

Ozil's a top class player but his play off the ball isn't always where it should be. We need to keep our best players, signing Alexis to a new contract should be our top priority. I don't think there is really much interest in Ozil given his age and potential transfer fee, so hopefully he can sign a new reasonable deal.

I'd rather get some more quality to help Sanchez and the squad like Boateng who is getting frustrated at Bayern. But like Ramsey and Gibbs against Stoke, he should not play every game to keep him safe from potential injury.

From there, we could rotate the back 3 to include three of the following every other game or so: Chamber, Holding, Gabriel, Koscielny, Mustafi, and Boateng.

And I'd rather get some creative player to replace Ozil. Corentin Tolisso, Jean Michael Seri, Miralem Pjanic, Alex Iwobi, etc.
