Twelve votes so far and nobody thinks we'll finish below 2nd. You're an optimistic bunch. I like it.

Man Utd are going to struggle again, since Van Gaal is an epic clown who knows nothing about squad balance and can't even identify his best players. Man City are strong but lack flair and excitement. Liverpool, well...lol. Spurs, well...lol. It's going to be between us and Chelsea IF we strengthen up front, realistically.

Current squad with no additions = third or second. Current squad + Benzema = second or first with a bit of luck.

City lack flair and excitement? If they get KDB they'll have the best attack in the league imo. Sterling, Silva, Agüero will be unreal to watch just on their own; add Albino man to the mix and they'll be even more lethal.

City's biggest concern is a fading Yaya Toure and the Fernand's who are both quite wank.

I can see us finishing no lower than third, Chelsea will probably win the league by September yet again.

I cant disagree, i think spuds can nick 4 place and leave manure to 5th, they have a more balanced squad than manure.

They don't lack players with flair and excitement, but the team itself (and its management and tactical approach) lacks flair and excitement. It's an efficient machine without a soul. Pellegrini has created a mercenary haven that is frankly boring to watch. With no passion from the players to play and win for Man City, I think they will again go far but not quite the whole way.

Passion, urgency, sense of club pride, manager loyalty...these are things that usually pushes a team that extra mile. It's how Alex Ferguson won titles for 25 years. It's how Mourinho win titles regardless of squad quality. It's how Wenger filled his trophy cabinet ten years ago.

Man City still doesn't have any of that. Some fantastic players, but Pellegrini is like a substitute teacher. We all know he's temporary, and so do the players. Will they push that little extra for him, or for a club they didn't even know existed five years ago?

Oh fair enough. I think with an attacking line-up full of pace and directness that he'll be more open to letting creative freedom rule the pitch rather than continue with a rigid system.

Besides, City have this cycle of winning the league, looking demotivated the next season and getting a kick up the arse the next one. I think it'll be a good season in terms of entertainment next year.

And Spurs have nowhere near the quality to finish above United. The top four will remain the same imo
