When hipsters list 'Broken Flowers' as their favourite film they can tell you all the details as to why the script is great, why Bill Murray is a legend, why the cinematography is technically masterful...but then you sit down to watch it and realise it's absolute crap. The football hipsters (and tabloid journos who want to appear to know more about football than they actually do) keep telling us Mesut Ozil is great in theory, like some obscure hipster movie. But is he really that great in practice? I'm beginning to think no.

We didn't replace Gilberto, Ramsey is the closest player we've had since Paddy V in terms of play style. (If you exclude Diaby).

Although the never replaced Vieira line could also be that we've never had a good captain since he retired.
