Wenger is finished
If you watched last night's shithousery against PSG, you know that Arsenal played like shit and a fair score would've been 5-1 to PSG (thanks to Cavani the donkey).
Here is a wonderful write up about why Arsenal are so shit. It's probably the best article I've ever read about Arsene Wenger's football.
https://theringer.com/arsenal-arsene-wenger-premier-league-efcbac78ec3d#.cfl6bds9q
Basically it doesn't matter who plays for Arsenal. Wenger is the problem. He could easily turn Messi and Luis Suarez into donkeys.
Wenger is the man of yesterday. His time is up. An old dog can't learn new tricks.
Here are some important extracts:
"Arsenal play with an improvisational, near-positionless form in possession. The players are allowed to move freely off of the ball, often roaming between spaces in search of the next opening rather than staying in their positions and waiting for space to open...
...It can make for some beautiful football if the players link up effectively...
...It’s extremely difficult to score goals like these without fluid positioning, but no team can reasonably expect to score 80 improvisational goals in a season — and that’s Arsenal’s problem....
...Without a clear and explicit guideline for their positioning, though, Arsenal’s shape often becomes disconnected. The problems appear as soon as they start bringing the ball out of defense. Despite playing with three central midfielders, without any positional directive, only one of them typically drops back to receive a pass from the center backs...
...This creates two problems: (1) the defenders don’t have as many options to advance the ball to, and (2) if the central midfielder does get the ball, he’s then disconnected from the other two midfielders, which then makes it harder for him to advance the ball.
... it’s fairly easy for any smart pressing team to cover the gaps between the Arsenal midfield... With the dropping midfielder alone in deep positions, Arsenal’s opponents can block his few passing lanes easily while also covering the two Arsenal midfielders higher up...
...Arsenal are able to create overloads due to their fluid movement, but they’re all too often arranged in a straight line, rather than a triangle, which negates all the advantages that come from overloading. As a result of these straight lines, the number of passing options is limited and, in some cases, the attackers simply get in the way of their teammates...
...Even with such a critical deficiency in their football, Arsenal can often rely on their individual talents to get by... Although Arsenal can still challenge in most games through their talent, it certainly seems like the lack of structured strategy limits the team’s potential...
.... In the open and fast-paced Premier League, the rarity of defensive compactness has suited Arsenal’s attackers, who can find space more easily and create the kinds of high-quality chances that expected goals loves. But part of the reason they haven’t advanced beyond the Round of 16 in the Champions League since 2010 is that continental teams don’t allow the same kind of space at the back...
...After a decade without clear evolution, will Wenger ever change? ... The likes of Xhaka and Pérez will undoubtedly improve their play, but Wenger’s free-form attacking structure will not get the most out of them. It hasn’t got the most out of anyone in a long time...
It's pretty much spot on. Best contribution I've ever seen from ttq.

Thierry Henry: Arsene used to say he wanted to play against teams that played against him, not teams that play all at the back, anti-football. What I saw here was, especially in the first half, Petr Cech bypassing the midfield and going long to Olivier Giroud all the time. "You cannot play in a back three and just expect it to work well in three or four games. It takes time. From what I’ve seen I wasn’t reassured because of the way they played."
So if the manager sticks to his tactic they call him clueless, if he changes tactic, again, clueless. When we try to play good football, they say pretty football don't earn you titles, if we play for points, we play antifootball. Henry is awful, one of worst backstabber I have seen.
Crystal Palace destroyed us 3:0, are they now better team than us, just because we suffer awful season?

those whoever wanted Tuchel will be a good replacement for Arsene... Here's the news for you!!!
Borussia Dortmund have sacked head coach Thomas Tuchel amid a bitter dressing room divide and a third-placed Bundesliga finish.

Seriously, are there any people left who still want Wenger to stay?

Should've left after the FA cup win. His team selections and tactics seem to make less sense each season

It's incredible how your feelings can change to someone. I once admired him. Now I despise this senile stubborn donkey.
I gotta say, his fall from grace coincided with the arrival of Ozil. The season before that it was bad, when RVP left, but with Cazorla's magic it was still enjoyable despite Giroud being a donkey. But since Ozil came, it's been excruciating to watch. It just sucks the soul out of you.
Ozil is the worst fraud in the history of football.

Anyone who still supports Wenger is total moron just like Wenger himself. People with functioning brains saw that he went senile ages ago

The reasons why he signed another contract are
1) he wants to become a "legend"as the longest serving manager is PL history. His record is unlikely ever to be exceeded
2) He's a coward who's got no life outside of football. He's afraid that if he quits, his life well turn meaningless. So he's clinging on. Football seems to be the only thing giving him purpose in life.
3) he wants more money ££££
4) he considers Arsenal to be his own creation. So he thinks it's his right to stay for as long as he wants

Just a reminder
Arsenal is managed by a senile egotistical delusional hypocritical manager, who still lives in 2003. If Wenger gave just one fuck about Arsenal fc, he would've quit a long time ago. But he only thinks about his own interests and doesn't give a fuck about anyone else.
Arsenal fc is owned by an American who doesn't give a fuck about Arsenal fc. He doesn't even give a fuck about "soccer". For him it's just a financial investment.

How about we convince him that if we sack Wenger for Ancelotti who is available for a limited time only, we would make more money due to getting farther in the champions league, selling more tickets because of how well we play with him, sell more merchandise from big-name players and bigger fan base, get better players giving the "investment" a better name. People will want to spend big on it so he just gets a fortune off the sale and we get a better owner named Usmanov who actually has more money and cares more than Kroenke.
Problem solved.
