My beloved Cazorla <3

Posted by TopTopQuality about 8 years ago · 124 replies

Over the last few seasons I've heard some wankers saying that they'd start Wilshere or Ramsey ahead of Cazorla. Them 2 are not worth Cazorla's one toe.

In this current squad Cazorla is irreplaceable.

Last season his injury cost Arsenal the title. If he gets a long-term injury this season again, Arsenal won't win the title either.

The closest to Cazorla midfielder quality-wise is Xhaka. He can make a pass from deep that can create a good chance. I suppose some combination of El Neni and Xhaka can compensate for Cazorla's absense to an extent.

But to suggest that Ramsey is anywhere near as good as Cazorla is a sign of extreme stupidity. Ramsey should be sold to Everton, where he belongs. That's his level.

I'm assuming you despise the Coqzorla partnership.

We've also had some wanker claim Ozil isn't world class.

I've spoken about my views on Ozil at length and stand by them - his creativity is overrated.

But I like him more this season because:

a) He's scoring goals.

b) He's not impeding Sanchez.

And the fact that you had to bring up Ozil in this thread that has nothing to do with him shows that you have nothing of value to say on this matter. Just senseless yapping.

I'm assuming you despise the Coqzorla partnership.

Whoever plays alongside Cazorla becomes 50% better.

But I think the best partnership in CM is Cazorla + Xhaka. Because Coq can't pass forwards and has no creativity. So the opposition just press Cazorla really hard.

But with Xhaka both of them can create chances from deep, so they become unplayable.

Oh and Wilshere will never become as good as Cazorla, even with regular game time.

I hope Arsenal sign Isco and develop him in the CM position. Isco really reminds me of Iniesta and Cazorla. The same potential and technical level.

Senseless yapping is saying Ozil isn't world class.

By the way, I don't remember saying he isn't world class.

Because I really don't like this expression "world class", so I tend not to use it at all. I remember Wenger saying Denilson was "world class", so it's just a matter of opinion and totally meaningless. To me Cazorla is "world class" but most "experts" would disagree.

So you just made something up and accusing me of something I didn't say. Very typical of you.

Cazorla is really a good player, true class...but it doesn't mean that others are bad either!!! Every player have their own strengths and weaknesses and it includes the so called 'World class' players as well...

In CM Cazorla is superb. But Ramsey is shit in that position. He gets disposessed and dribbled past all the time. He doesn't stick to the position and always ends up in the oposition box. He thinks he's #10 or a striker. He has no discipline. He always shoots when he should pass, such a selfish cunt.

I think he would do well at Atletico Madrid as #10, he should go there.

I agree Ramsey moves forward so often than an usual CM does., as he's still obsessed with the free role given in Wales team... so if he plays as CM, he should be paired with a defensive midfielder (Coquelin or Xhaka) rather with a playmaker (Cazorla)...

He shouldn't be paired with anyone in CM. Because he isn't a central midfielder.

He just doesn't have that passing ability, ball retention and the vision of a central midfielder.

Remember when he played with Flamini in CM? That was so shit it traumatised me for the rest of my life.

He should go to a mid table team and play as #10, that's the best he can do.

Hmm. In 24 hours, you equated Atletico with a mid table team. Damn, I wish Arsenal was mid table then.

I was being generous to Ramsey. I'm not sure he'd make it at Atletico.

But having said that, I don't rate Atletico Madrid. They play shit ugly football. Never enjoyed watching them.

Yes, they're punching above their weight, I respect them for that. They achive a lot considering their budget.

But it doesn't take away the fact that they play ugly football.

Arsenal Midfield Magic

I assume you're being sarcastic.

That video first shows Cazorla's unbelievable tekkers in midfield - passing, ball retention, creativity.

Then it shows Ramsey scoring goals.

You can literally make a 5 hour compilation of Cazorla's tekkers in CM. And maybe 10 mins of Ramsey.

I guess you're so much obsessed with Cazorla, so you couldn't even see how good others also.. As I said earlier, every player has ups and downs including Cazorla..

Simeone's side have played the best football in La Liga this season maybe bar Sevilla yet it's their worst start to a season since he's taken over. Simeone's football in the last few years has been great to watch, he only goes super-defensive against the big sides which makes sense

Would rather see that exciting counter attacking football than the bland shit we've had to watch for the last 5 years or so

I only watch them in the CL and I don't enjoy it.

Well, yeah, it would be surprising if they parked the bus agains some Getafe or Asasuna.
