Of course finishing outside the top 4 would be alarming. But with Arsene my metric is how the club progresses and that means looking at everything rather than Arsenal alone. Do you ask the manager to find investments of billions like City and Chelsea have? No, it's not the managers duty but it is his duty to find solutions of the given circumstance and I think Arsene being the genius is the only thing that has kept us in the top4. Look at United, Chelsea, Liverool, Tottenham. They've been spending shit loads of money too. All 4 of them.
